O’Keefe Elevator provides in-house technical training to keep our technicians current on new elevator equipment, new repair methods, and information for all brands of new and old equipment.
So great is the importance of
continuing field education that
this training facility was
constructed in the new
headquarters building to
provide a specifically designed
area with all the latest video,
audio, projection and
teleconferencing capabilities for on-site and remote education classes.
Our twin engine Cessna allows quick response for emergency callbacks where distance is a factor and transports technicians and parts to our service customers in western Nebraska and Iowa.
Our customer equipment database stores a huge amount of information about each individual elevator we service. We can provide customers with history about repair calls, dates of routine maintenance service, details about major repairs and parts replaced. Our computer systems suppliment manual monitoring of individual elevator performance and sends reports to our supervisors and customers upon their request via e-mail, cell phones, digital pagers and faxes.
